Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We’re looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing team that supports both software development and production operations. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, delivering, and supporting cloud-based infrastructure for high-availability, multi-tier applications.

You’ll work in a collaborative environment with daily stand-ups, shared ownership of outcomes, and a ticket-driven workflow. The role blends project work with investigation and resolution of platform issues. After probation, participation in an on-call rota is required (with allowance and TOIL).
This is a hybrid position with 3 days per week onsite in Dublin.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years’ experience in cloud infrastructure engineering (Azure preferred)

• Strong background in deploying and supporting multi-tier web applications

• Hands-on experience migrating on-prem environments to cloud IaaS

• Familiarity with cloud PaaS services (e.g., AKS or equivalent container platforms)

• Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, using metrics and structured analysis

• Ability to write and understand PowerShell — not just reuse scripts

• Experience resolving production incidents and working in live environments

• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions and trade-offs

What You’ll Do

• Deliver cloud infrastructure projects end-to-end

• Analyse and resolve platform and production issues

• Work closely with development and support teams

• Operate within a structured ticketing system (Jira)

• Contribute actively to team planning and technical discussions

• Join the on-call rotation following successful probation
